CCAI Annual Staff Training

On Friday, July 18, staff from CCAI’s three US offices came together at our Centennial, CO, headquarters for our annual staff training and team building.  CCAI Colorado staff was excited to welcome our branch office teammates!!

 

Mr. Bob Heavers of Priority Management shared his wisdom with the CCAI staff on the topic of “Breakthroughs in Customer Service.”  Your CCAI staff discussed ideas and tips related to customer service excellence and opportunities for improvement, and his presentation was well-received.  CCAI is always looking for ways to better serve our families and children!

 

CCAI staff also took time for some team building at a bowling alley!  It was a great opportunity to relax and take some time to re-connect with our teammates.  Just don’t ask us our scores!
