JCCC Offers Chinese Cooking Camp

Throughout the summer break, Joyous Chinese Cultural Center has been busy offering weekly camps of different Chinese cultural themes to adopted children and their friends. This week (July 13-17) campers will have daily opportunities to learn how to cook Chinese spring roll, fried rice with chicken and vegetable, and dumpling.
