CCAI is famous for its excellent customer service, but upholding our service standard in the midst of the mounting difficulties surrounding China adoption while ensuring continued customer satisfaction is truly a challenge. At our annual staff development on July 17th, we put our heads together to re-evaluate our service in the past year and reinforce the right ways to maximize customer satisfaction.
Here at CCAI, we feel happy and privileged to serve the abandoned Chinese children and our wonderful adoptive families.
