U.S. State Department Officials Visit CCAI

Chinese Children Adoption International was very honored to welcome Michele Bond, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Consular Affairs/Overseas Citizens Services;
William Bistransky, Hague Chief of the Adoption Unit of Office of Children's Issues; and
Miki Stebbing, Accrediting Entity Liaison Hague Adoption Unit of Office of Children's Issues; as well as Dana Andrews, Cheryl Estrick, and Lori Roxbury from the Colorado Department of Human Services on August 25, 2009. Nine other Colorado Hague-accredited agencies also had the opportunity to participate in a round table discussion at CCAI with State Department officials and give their feedback on Hague accreditation and international adoption.
Ms. Bond highly praised CCAI’s operation and expressed her appreciation for CCAI’s hospitality.
