Financial Integrity and Accountability

In order to esnure the proper use of charitable contributions, CCCF has established a procedure of accountability to monitor and supervise the fund distribution:

Step 1. Orphanage submits funding request

Step 2. On-site team investigates the request and reports on its validity

Step 3. CCCF Committee evaluates and approves the request

Step 4. Approved funds are wired with President and Treasurers’ signature

Step 5. On-site team follows up and supervises the spending

Step 6. Orphanage mails actual receipts and donation photos to CCCF

Step 7. CCCF mails copy of receipt and photos to donors.
