Thank you for your interest in applying to adopt a Chinese child through Chinese Children Adoption International. It is important to us that you be fully informed
before you apply. Please follow each of the steps below. Each step represents a
vital part of your application package. Below you will find links to all of these
documents. Once you have completed the application in its entirety, sign it and mail to CCAI.
Please note that our Georgia office processes all applications from Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina,
South Carolina and Tennessee. If you live in one of these states, please send your completed application to: CCAI, 5825 Glenridge Dr. Bldg. 1, Suite 126, Atlanta, GA 30328-5393
