Thank you for your interest in applying to adopt a Chinese child through Chinese Children Adoption International. Please open and print each of these documents as part of your application package.
Below you will find links to all of these documents plus a cover letter to use when you contact your references. Be sure to print at least three Reference Forms. You may e-mail your three “Letters to References” and
the “Reference Form” to your references, if this is more convenient. These confidential forms must be signed and returned directly to CCAI by each of your references.
