Thank you for your interest in applying to adopt a Chinese child through the Florida Branch of Chinese Children Adoption International. Please open and print each of these documents as part of your application package. Please be sure to print five Reference Forms. You may e-mail your “Letters to References” and the “Reference Form” to your references, if this is more convenient. However, these confidential forms must be signed and returned directly to CCAI by each of your references.
