Chinese Cultural Camp for Out-of-Town Families
Since 2004, the Joyous Chinese Cultural Center has offered a special Chinese Cultural Camp for families who live outside of the Denver metro area.
The Chinese Cultural Camp for Out-of-Town Families takes place in June, just before
the annual CCAI Open House and APC Reunion Picnic. It is a wonderful way for families
to meet and for their children to attend a camp designed just for them. The camp
is created for children who are six years old and above. Campers participate in
Chinese language lessons, stories, art projects, games, songs and dance lessons.
In addition to the program for children, cooking and language classes are offered
for their parents. Everyone has a wonderful time and we’d love for you to join us
next summer! Please join us for the three or five day camp in 2008! The five day
camp will be held from June 16th – 20th and the three day camp will be held from
June 18th – 20th. Please download the registration forms by clicking the following

Colorado Chinese Summer Camps
JCCC Chinese Summer Camps are a lot of fun and are very popular! Camp sessions are
one week long and are held from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. In 2008, the camps will be held
July 7th – 11th and July 21st – 25th. Camps are held at the JCCC facility. JCCC
summer camps are designed for children who will be entering first grade or higher
in the fall.
Campers enjoy a wide variety of activities including Chinese dance lessons, art,
stories, games, field trips, Mandarin Chinese lessons, Chinese lunches, and much
more. Campers do not need to have already studied Chinese, but will find that they
will learn quite a bit of Chinese during the camp as the teachers will speak to
them in Chinese as much as possible. Please download the registration forms by clicking
the following link.
JCCC Chinese Summer Camps are open to all children who have an interest in Chinese
language and culture. This is a great event for group reunions, a place to invite
your friends and family to come and learn more about the Chinese language and culture!
We hope to have you join us.
